Nepal and Pakistan

Dan Koelpin travels on behalf of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) World Missions, and this mid-October he went to Nepal and Pakistan.

A mission strategy called "Outreach through Literature" has been blessed beyond our wildest imagination in this region! There are presently 1500 souls gathering around the word of God in Nepal.

The WELS has provided self-study Biblical materials and limited guidance. This is an exciting mission opportunity and one that we at Living Word have supported with our mission offerings.

Mozambique

Missionary Bill Meier and his family are ready to begin work in Africa in the country of Mozambique. They will use radio transmission to reach the villages and hope to establish an urban ministry through a Christian reading room.
